VyayamGPT is not a medical service, healthcare provider, or clinical application. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or medical treatment of any kind.

You should consult a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare professional before starting or changing any exercise, nutrition, supplementation, or weight-loss program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, recovering from injury, taking medication, or living with a medical condition.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information generated by VyayamGPT. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately.

By using VyayamGPT, you expressly acknowledge and accept that you use the Service entirely at your own risk.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Plans, meal recommendations, and AI coach responses are generated by machine learning models. While we apply science-backed formulas and validation steps, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We make no warranty, express or implied, that any plan will produce specific results, including weight loss, muscle gain, or improvement in any health condition. Individual results vary based on factors outside our control.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any other person or allow unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@vyayamgpt.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree to provide accurate and complete health and fitness profile information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in plans that are unsuitable or harmful. VyayamGPT is not liable for any harm resulting from plans generated using inaccurate information you provided.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice where required by law. All content, software, AI models, designs, trademarks, and branding on VyayamGPT are the exclusive property of VyayamGPT or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AI-generated plans for your personal, non-commercial use only. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Termination does not waive any obligations or liabilities incurred before termination.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VyayamGPT regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or in-app notification before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
