Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You can cancel by managing your billing settings in your account.

Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for digital goods and services once the purchase is made and the generated plan has been delivered. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing you from receiving the service, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
