Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on VyayamGPT. Please read it carefully before purchasing. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

1. Free Tier

VyayamGPT's free plan involves no charges. No refund request is applicable to free-tier usage.

2. Nature of the Service - Digital Delivery

VyayamGPT provides AI-generated digital content including personalised workout plans, nutrition plans, and AI coaching access. Once an AI plan is generated or any paid feature is accessed, the digital service is considered delivered and consumed.

By subscribing and initiating plan generation or accessing any paid feature, you acknowledge that the digital service has been delivered and that refunds are only available in the limited circumstances described below.

3. Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the start of each billing cycle. You will be charged automatically on your renewal date unless you cancel before renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. We do not issue refunds for charges already processed due to a failure to cancel in time.

4. Refund Eligibility

New Subscribers - 7-Day Window

If you are a first-time paid subscriber and have not generated any AI plan or used any paid feature on your account, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment. Once a plan has been generated or a paid feature has been accessed, no refund will be issued for that billing period.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions carry the same eligibility conditions: a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase only if no plan has been generated and no paid feature has been accessed. After 7 days or after plan generation, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription from your account settings before the renewal date.

Upgrades and Downgrades

Mid-cycle plan changes are applied immediately. No partial refund is issued for unused time when downgrading. Upgrades may be charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of the billing period where applicable.

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under "Billing". Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You will retain access to paid features until that period ends. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund where eligible, email support@vyayamgpt.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing time.

7. Service Unavailability

If VyayamGPT experiences a verified, continuous service outage of more than 48 hours due to a technical failure on our end, affected subscribers may be eligible for a prorated service credit for the period of unavailability. This does not apply to planned maintenance, third-party provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Fraudulent or Disputed Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@vyayamgpt.com before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will investigate and work to resolve genuine billing errors promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in temporary account suspension while the matter is reviewed.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in circumstances not expressly covered by this policy. Any discretionary refund does not create a precedent, obligation, or entitlement to refunds in similar situations in the future.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before the revised policy takes effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
